On April 22, the reporter learned from Tianjin Petrochemical Company that the thermal efficiency of the aromatic heating furnace of the company ranked first in the 2009 China Petrochemical Corporation. The 14 aromatic heating furnaces saved 11,700 tons of fuel compared to the same period of 2008, reduced the emissions of flue gas by 130 million standard cubic meters per year, and achieved a double harvest of economic and environmental benefits.
