Henan Xinxiang ethylene glycol project gasification project was completed
The project started construction on November 26th, 2009 and completed successfully in less than a year. This indicates that the core unit of the ethylene glycol project has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the entire project.
During the construction of the project, the ethylene glycol gasification plant invested 1.6 billion yuan, adopting advanced HT-L dry pulverized coal gasification technology with proprietary intellectual property rights jointly developed by Henan Coal Chemical Group and Aerospace Science and Technology Group. This technology has been identified by the National Development and Reform Commission as a high-tech special project for the 11th Five-Year Circular Economy. It has reached international advanced level in terms of comprehensive energy utilization and environmental protection.
Chen Xuefeng, chairman and party committee secretary of Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group, said that the ethylene glycol project is a high-end coal chemical project launched by the group with science and technology as the guide and industrial structure adjustment.
