Cummins brought a total of 9 products for its power generator set engine and alternator at this exhibition, namely: QSK78 engine, QSNT engine, KTA50 engine, QSB7 engine, QSZ power generation unit, and 2 B-series power generation units. Two alternators - AvKDSG74 and StamfordP7.
This time, as the debut of the exhibits at the domestic exhibition, the appearance of QSK78 attracted the attention of many industry visitors. Combining all the advantages of the same series of engines, QSK78 achieves the best combination of product and performance. This engine has high-efficiency combustion technology and can provide more power than its class. Optional configurations include the EliminatorTM oil filter and the CentinelTM oil management system, which provide continuous replenishment and extend filter change intervals to reduce downtime and service costs.

The QSNT engine is Cummins' first new product introduction project in China. The model is produced by Chongqing Cummins and has already been mass-produced and put on the market. QSNT is based on Cummins NT855, the earliest product that entered Cummins in China. It uses the CELECT control system commonly used by Cummins heavy-duty power engines to improve the degree of parts universalization and facilitate global maintenance. At the same time, technical upgrades and optimizations are carried out without affecting the matching of the user equipment, so that users can minimize the changes when using the QSNT engine for equipment upgrades.

QSZ power generation unit adopts advanced engineering technology and analysis tools from the world, and is designed in accordance with the conditions of users in China. The engine has stronger high-altitude operation, low-temperature operation and continuous operation with large load, and uses internal cleaning scheme to achieve lower emissions. The model's cooling system has excellent resistance to oxidative corrosion, easy to clean, strong resistance to moisture and oxidation. The air intake system uses a bipolar filter element. With a nominal air volume flow rate, the original filter efficiency is as high as 99.5%, providing perfect protection for the engine.
The two B-series power generation units on display were further improved on the basis of the original organic power, which made up for the shortcomings of previous products in the power segment. In addition, the oil pumps, air filters, and water tanks of both models have been upgraded to provide more powerful support for engine power boost and better heat dissipation than before.
AvKDSG74 is a subsidiary product of Cummins generator technology AvK? brand DSG series alternator.
