Lifting and Exporting of Transport Machinery Industry during the Ninth Five-Year Plan Period

During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, China’s products for the lifting and transport machinery industry were exported to the United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Iran, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia. There are 24 countries including Nepal, Egypt, Argentina, South Korea, Singapore, Sweden and India. Among them, the major foreign exchange earning products are:
1. Block series, Jack series, Winch
2. Belt roller, belt conveyor and SGZ764/400 scraper conveyor;
3. Various feeders, loaders;
4. Gantry cranes, bridge cranes, slings;
5. Hand chain hoist, lever hoist, single and double beam electric hoist crane;
6. Large-scale port equipment (loader/unloader, portal crane, etc.);
7. Metallurgical cranes, toroidal cranes for nuclear power plants, etc.
During the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period, China's lifting transport industry has also introduced some advanced technologies and equipment from abroad. These imported technologies and imported equipment are mainly concentrated in the following aspects:
1. Introduced the technology of designing and manufacturing large casting cranes, and has produced 450 tons of foundry cranes with good technical and economic benefits;
2. The introduction of a belt conveyor roller casting technology has increased the degree of automation and increased annual revenue by about 500,000 yuan;
3. With the introduction of Japan's large crawler crane manufacturing technology, it has accumulatively produced 20 sets and achieved a production value of 16 million yuan.
4. Introduced Liebherr's 290HC tower crane manufacturing technology;
5. The introduction of German technology design and manufacture of high-strength belt conveyors;
6. The introduction of Germany Lenk company ropeway reducer, roller reducer manufacturing technology, improve China's design and manufacture of reducer level;
7. Introduced Japanese tubular belt conveyor technology;
8. The introduction of the patented technology for the roller manufacturing of the TAKRAF company in Germany has resulted in mass production capacity, but the sales volume is low;
9. Introduced CST soft start reducer produced by Dodge Corporation of USA for belt conveyors;
10. Introduced a full set of technology for the cranes from 5 to 125t DSQD type cranes, container door hangers and spreader (30.5t) technology and crane electric control technology from Germany;
