Xinji Company White Carbon Project started

Zhejiang Xinji New Material Co., Ltd., a gas-phase white carbon black production project located in Kaihua County, Ganzhou, has started construction recently. It is expected that the first-phase project will be completed in August of this year.
Zhejiang Xinji New Materials is a joint venture between Guangzhou JiBaiSheng Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang XinAn Chemical Group KaiHua Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., Jixi Shi and Zhejiang Xin'an Chemical Group Co., Ltd. jointly invested 100 million yuan to build 5,000 tons/year in phases. In the fumed silica project, after the project is put into production, it is expected to increase annual sales revenue by 180 million yuan and profits and taxes by 50 million yuan. At that time, Shinji New Materials Co., Ltd. will become a domestic gas-phased white carbon production base with economies of scale.
It is understood that the fumed silica project is based on the by-product of the silicone monomer of Zhejiang Xin'an Chemical Group Kaihua Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., and the by-product hydrogen chloride produced during the production of white carbon is returned to the monomer plant for chlorine. The synthesis of silanes, thus forming a virtuous cycle, is a good project for clean production, comprehensive utilization of resources, and development of a recycling economy. It is in line with the requirements of the national industrial policy orientation and sustainable development strategy and will have a positive impact on the development of the organic silicon industry in China.
