The 3rd review meeting of the Standardization Technical Committee of Machinery Industry Drying Equipment co-organized by our company was held in Suzhou from November 18 to November 20, 2010. Wang Zhenlin, chairman of the Standardization Technical Committee of the Machinery Industry Drying Industry, Secretary-General Lu Zenglin, Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy Mayor Wang Luqiang of Zheng Luzhen gave keynote speeches at the meeting.

The development direction of drying equipment manufacturers is structural adjustment and green manufacturing. This is not only a requirement of macroeconomics and technological development, but also a new requirement for the development of drying equipment enterprises. From the macroeconomic perspective, the contradiction between the environment and economic and social development is outstanding; the country has set energy conservation and emission reduction targets; environmental laws and regulations and standards are increasing; green signs are gradually recognized by the market and consumers. From a technical perspective, green and smart manufacturing have become the development trend of the 21st century machinery manufacturing industry, and are an important way to achieve efficient and clean recycling of resources and energy and minimize environmental impact. The plan emphasizes vigorously developing circular economy, strengthening resource conservation and management, and strengthening environmental protection. According to the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the machinery industry, the "12th Five-Year Plan" mechanical industry must adhere to the structural adjustment as the main line, and promote the transformation in the optimized structure; adhere to the acceleration of scientific and technological progress and innovation as the central link, and provide strong support for the transformation of development methods. Adhere to the construction of resource-saving, environmentally friendly products as a breakthrough, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industry, product replacement. The development of the industry and energy conservation and emission reduction "fly", pay close attention to the phenomenon of overcapacity and backward production capacity in some areas, and do a good job in industrial restructuring and outdated product elimination. Continue to advocate and encourage the use of advanced processing techniques and means to encourage the development of remanufacturing projects, support and guide the development of energy-saving, water-saving, material-saving, intelligent high value-added products, improve the self-sufficiency rate of machinery and equipment.

Our company actively responded to the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and participated in the formulation of benchmarks. It was responsible for the drafting of two industry standards: boiling granulator and spray cooling granulator. They participated in the drafting of the names of the first and second participating organizations. Revised jaw vacuum dryer, vibrating fluidized bed dryer, belt dryer, centrifugal spray dryer, double cone rotary vacuum dryer, rotary flash dryer, vacuum drying oven, hot water circulation oven, pressure type Spray dryers, boiling dryers and other 14 industry standards.
