Our country has developed a trackless bridge erecting machine


From the construction site of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, it was reported that the first bridge-less bridge erecting machine in China was developed at the bridge of China Railway First Bureau, which solved the problems of large labor intensity and slow bridge construction speed.

It is understood that the bridge of the China Railways Bureau is under construction of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line and assumes the task of forming and erecting more than 10 bridges. Because each bridge is located in a paddy field, it is impossible to support large-scale hoisting equipment. It is urgently necessary to produce a bridge erector adapted to erect 16-meter T-beams. The scientific research and construction personnel combined their work practices to design a trackless bridge erector with a capacity of up to 110 meters wide, 48 meters long, 5.6 meters high and their own weight of 110 tons, which can lift 80 tons of bridges and can operate for more than 3 kilometers per hour. Old-fashioned wheel-rail styles increase speed by more than 90 times. Moreover, it also relieved the need for high-strength labor-strengthening of rails in the old bridges.

According to reports, this new type of bridge erection machine is used in the construction of the Qinshen Line. The qualification rate for one-time installation of bridges is 100%, and the excellent and good rate is over 98%.
