Recently, in the assembly workshop of Hefei Jianghuai Chaochai Power Co., Ltd., Hefei Jianghuai to Chai Chairman Li Ming and Vice Chairman Cui Xianguo jointly unveiled the red veil of the 10,000th engine in 2016, which marked Hefei Jianghuai’s diesel engine. The production capacity has once again reached a new level, once again writing a gorgeous chapter in the history of the company's development.

Since the end of 2013, Hefei Jianghuai Co., Ltd. has increased the investment and expanded shares of Chai Power. In less than three years, Jianghuai and Chai staff have been working together to overcome difficulties, achieving production of 1,275 engines in 2014 and 6,944 in 2015. As of July 27, 2016, a total of 10,000 engines have been added to the company's growth, which represents a year-on-year increase of 169%. The development trend is strong.

Wan Feng, deputy general manager and customer representative of Jianghuai Automobile Kang Ling Marketing Co., Ltd. expressed his congratulations to JAC Dongchao’s 10,000th offline assembly line in 2016 at the off-line ceremony, and also expressed his high respect to all employees of JAC. 2.Naked Tube Heater. The heat exchang pipe of the heater is made of stainless steel, smooth surface, without spiral fin, preventing accumulation of dust and breeding of bacteria.
3.Flexible and high-efficient antibacterial heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is designed by special computer auxiliary software, whose performance strictly meets the requirement of national standard of clean room. Hydrophilic aluminum fin or copper fin is applied, thus avoiding the air through the coil to take the condensing water covering on the surface of coil away. Meanwhile it also can prevent the breeding of bacteria.
4.Steam-type Humidifier. The unit uses electrode and dry steam to humidify, avoiding the humidified circumstance to keep from the breeding of bacteria.
5.High quality filter. The unit can use various filters with different degrees to meet customer's requirements, thus optimizing its performance.
6.Optimized Design. Fan placed in the front make sure the unit is under positive pressure to prevent the outside air from leaking, which will pollute the clear air in the unit. And the condensate water can be drained because of positive pressure.
