When purchasing an incubator, it is necessary to explain clearly with the manufacturer what species to hatch and how to hatch it. Incubation using an incubator is performed using machines to simulate the conditions under which birds naturally reproduce. It is indeed not an easy task to do these few elements well for those who have not had professional training. How to increase the hatching rate? Need to solve from the following aspects.

First, the temperature is critical to hatching. The machine instrument shows the temperature of the air temperature inside the machine, not the temperature of the egg inside the machine. This is often another big mistake for many new robots. Many people say that my setting temperature is correct. Why is the hatching rate so low? Some people just started their first incubation and were almost completely wiped out. This is the price paid for not having a deep understanding of the machine. Therefore, we must learn to use the eyelids to sense the actual temperature of the egg, which of course takes time to accumulate. Before you master this skill, use a thermometer to calibrate the internal temperature of the incubator. The temperature at the upper, middle, lower, and multiple locations is such that the temperature inside the hatching machine is the same as the temperature displayed by the meter. And the lower the temperature difference between the upper and lower, the better. With a standard uniform temperature, there will be preliminary protection of the hatching rate. In addition to accurate temperature protection, we also need to adjust the optimum temperature required for the different stages of the embryonic development of poultry in terms of temperature. With these two guarantees, hatching with an incubator succeeded in taking the first step.

Second, it has been initially stated that the appropriate temperature is one of the important conditions for poultry hatching. Equally important elements are humidity, turning angles, ventilation, and disinfection. Under normal circumstances, the humidity is controlled at about 60%. In the early and late stages of incubation, the humidity should be higher. The incubation period is slightly lower. The specific value is adjusted according to the hatching season and the humidity of the hatchery, and is determined based on the health of the hatchling and the coat color. For those who have just started hatching, it may be considered that the two conditions of temperature and humidity are satisfied.

Third, turning the egg angle and turning the egg cycle are equally important. If the turning angle is not standard enough, the time for the embryo to absorb the protein will be too long, which will seriously affect the confluence of the allantoic membrane. Has a great influence on hatching. The turn-around period is generally set at 2 hours, and the turn-around angle is 90 degrees (the mussel's hatching requirement is greater). As the age of hatching increases, embryos gradually develop and shape, and the embryo itself will produce physiological heat and harmful gases.

In the late post-incubation period, cooling ventilation has become a very important part. This can be adjusted by adjusting the ventilation period and ventilation time of the incubator. It is usually ventilated once every 2 hours. In the late days or when the temperature is too high, eggs must be used. If it is hatching water birds, they must be sprayed with water.

Fifth, in addition to the above-mentioned elements, disinfection is also a very important task. After the end of each incubation batch, the machine and egg trays are sterilized. Eggs must also be sterilized prior to entering the hatchery. Egg disinfection is not recommended for soaking. It is recommended that novices just learning to hatch, diligently hatch eggs during the hatching process, and select lean and weak zygotic eggs in time, and also learn about the embryonic development process by knowing the eggs.
