Benxi Heavy-Duty Truck Factory needs technical cooperation in mining vehicles

Benxi Heavy-duty Truck Factory has a history of producing heavy-duty mining vehicles for several decades. It mainly produces heavy-duty mining vehicles and is a state-owned large-scale enterprise. The existing 35t, 45t, 55t, 68t, 85t heavy-duty mining dump trucks and 60t, 80t mining multi-function sprinkler trucks and a variety of road conversion vehicles and other products. In order to speed up the pace of product structure adjustment, the plant intends to seek the cooperation of technology and projects in the field of heavy-duty mining vehicles.
At present, the plant has a total asset of 185 million yuan and annual sales income of 100 million yuan. There are 10 main production workshops under the whole factory and 5 independent branch factories. The company has key imported advanced equipment including large horizontal machining centers, CNC spiral bevel gear milling machines, CNC precision hobbing machines and CNC cutting machines. At present, the company has passed the ISO9000 series of quality certification, the use of C AD assisted design of local area network to develop new products, product design management and manufacturing quality has been greatly improved. In order to further speed up the pace of product structure adjustment and enable the company to achieve greater development, Benxi Heavy-duty Truck Factory needs to seek cooperation with overseas students in the field of heavy mining vehicles with technology and project development potential; and the existing import equipment for the plant -BAR CNC horizontal machining center, 640C NC bevel gear milling machine, PE-1000 CNC precision hobbing machine and CNC cutting machine, etc., to carry out functional development, expand its application range, and further increase equipment utilization.
