Xinjiang Introduces Cycle Renovation Plan for the Park
In order to accelerate the transformation of economic development methods, promote the development of green and low-carbon cycles in the park, and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of industrial parks, the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance recently issued the “Autonomous Region Promotion of Parks Recycling and Transformation Work Program†to guide and regulate All kinds of parks cycle transformation work.
The “Proposal†proposes that circularization and transformation should be used as various types of industrial parks to speed up the transformation of economic development methods and adjust the effective structure of economic structure. With the aim of improving the rate of resource output, the use of land in the park must be intensively promoted, and clean production should be vigorously promoted. Inter- waste exchange utilization, energy cascade utilization, waste water recycling, sharing of resources and infrastructure.
