2B type motor has problems
2.1 Analysis of the cause of the failure (1) The margin for the current-carrying reserve of the compensation winding copper flat wire is small.
(2) The screws at the end joints of the compensation windings are not fastened when they are installed.
(3) The insulation pad at the junction of the compensation winding and the commutating winding is low in strength, and the insulation is easily damaged when the coupling screw is tightened.
(4) No derusting treatment is made between the joint surfaces.
3B type motor improvement method and measures (1) According to the analysis result, it is decided to modify the faulty motor by the electric repair workshop first, and the compensation winding end joint is changed from bolt connection to brazed joint to reduce the bolt fastening not in place. The failure of the insulating mat is low, and the contact resistance of the contact surface is large.
(2) Since the repair rate of this batch of motors is too high, the insulation between the rotor core and the stator core of the rotor core has been aging after many repairs; in order to avoid the vicious cycle of the motor, 5 motors have been purchased in the mine. During the trial period, the four motors have four compensation windings with different degrees of failure. Based on this, we propose the following suggestions to the manufacturer: 1 increase the current capacity of the copper wire of the compensation winding; 2 the original carbon brush holder insulation board design is not perfect, when adding the timing, the insulation board is added a lot of pads, it is recommended to brush holder and insulation board Adopt one-piece; 3 observation holes are opened for easy maintenance. After the manufacturer adopted the above recommendations 1 and 2, the four motors returned for repair have been operating normally.
We consider that there are many faults in the compensation winding. When debugging, the cut-off point of the current feedback is appropriately advanced, so that the main circuit current of the pressing system reaches 600A, and the current feedback starts to limit the pushing system. The main loop current increases.
(3) Establish a reasonable maintenance cycle and targeted key parts inspection, and strictly regulate the operation.
The workshop has established a cross-checking system for full-time inspection, post inspection, and professional electrician inspection. According to the problem of the B-type motor, it is set as a mandatory item in the inspection, and it is the key inspection object.
The workshop organizes two inspections every month, and finds that the problem is dealt with in a timely manner. At the same time, according to the problem that the commutation current flowing through the compensation winding is large when the motor is commutating, the norm of the driver operation is strictly required, and the assessment is intensified.
4 Conclusion Through the implementation of the above measures, this year compared with the same period last year, the number of burned down units was reduced by 3 units, and significant benefits were achieved.
