1. Development of non-magnetic wear-resistant stainless steel mesh
At the same time as the development of GPS-900-3 high-frequency fine screen, the development of non-magnetic wear-resistant stainless steel fine screen was carried out. The main components of the screen are determined based on the composition of 18-8 stainless steel and 18-2Mn.
The raw materials are smelted in an induction furnace, cast into ingots, forged, rolled, drawn into filaments of ø 0.1 mm, annealed, and woven into a 100-mesh square-hole screen.
The plate-shaped sample was prepared according to the GB228-63 standard, and the tensile test was carried out on a 5t material testing machine. The abrasion test was carried out on the ML-10 type abrasive wear tester, and the load was 3.1 kg, and the weight loss of the sample was measured.
The corrosion resistance test was carried out by immersing in 2% H2SO4, 2% HNO3 and 2% HGI aqueous solution.
The indicators achieved by the test are as follows:
Mechanical properties: σb=85kg/mm 2 δ=60%
Ψ=48% HRB=95
Wear resistance: weight loss is 0.0399g (under the same test conditions, the weight loss of 1Cr18Ni9Ti sample is 0.0515g)
Corrosion resistance: in aqueous 2% H 2 SO 4 and 2% HNO 3, the corrosion resistance of gold have good phase structure: a single-phase, non-magnetic wear: direct comparative test life. The contrast screen is a domestic stainless steel screen purchased by the market. The basic parameters for the development of screens and contrast screens are listed in the table below.

The prototype screen and the comparative screen were respectively installed on the GPS-900-3 three-way high-frequency vibrating fine screen, and the service life comparison test was carried out in the factory. The test was stopped because the comparative screen was severely damaged after 1225 h of the test. At this point, the new screen (worked 1067h) remains intact. The test results are listed in the table below. See the figure below for the situation after the screen is damaged.

As seen from the above table and the above figure, after the 1225h test of the comparative screen, the fracture occurred only with a small amount of wear. Therefore, in addition to the hardness of the material, the tensile strength of the material is also an important factor in the factors affecting the life of the screen. Since the new screen has a small amount of wear after 1067h comparison test, and the tensile strength of the material is higher, the service life is estimated to reach 4000h or more.
2. Recycled nylon fine sieve sifted reclaimed nylon fine sieve screen, that is, the old nylon sieve is regenerated to make a reclaimed nylon fine sieve. The first batch of products was installed in the 8th system of the Shougang Dashihe Plant in 1983, and it was tested, and 12 fine screens and 132 sieves were counted. The second batch of products was installed and tested in the ninth system of the plant in 1984, and it was also 12 fine screens and 132 sieves. The comparison of the use of regenerative sieves and the production of original sieves shows that the classification efficiency is the same, the service life is similar, all of them are more than 6 months, and the price of the sieves is reduced by one third compared with the original ones.
3. Application of rubber sieve plate The second sieve of Donganshan Sintering Plant adopts 1800×3600mm self-centering vibrating screen, the ore size is -45mm, the sieve size is -12mm, the original steel strip welding section is adopted, and the mesh size is 12×230mm. The sieve rod has a diameter of 12mm and a service life of 6 to 7 days. It has been replaced by a rubber sieve plate since 1978. Its specification is 600×600mm, thickness is 20mm, the upper opening of the sieve hole is 15.5mm, and the lower mouth is 17.5mm. Years of production practice shows that, compared with the thick iron sieve quality, service life 3.4 times, screening efficiency up to 93%. The table below shows the results of industrial tests on various sieve plates at Donganshan Sintering Plant.
