1. If the screw is not moving (that is, the stepper motor is blocked) or the measurement is good or bad, it may be:

(1) There is debris in the material causing excessive resistance or the cup eccentricity. In this case, please shut down, remove the material cup, clear the debris or adjust the position of the material cup.

(2) The operator will abut the bottom of the container at the outlet of the cup and change the method of operation.
 

2. The measurement is not allowed after changing the packaging specifications or materials. It may be:

(1) The position of the stirrer knife is not suitable. It needs to be adjusted so that the lower end of the knife is about 10-15mm from the screw.

(2) After the filling is complete, there is a phenomenon of leakage of the material, and the leakage prevention net is added.

3, stirring motor does not run:

(1) Due to thermal overload relay tripping. At this time, open the electric control cabinet to see the thermal overload relay trip indicator (green) eject. The cause of the fault is a shock caused by excessive load on the stirring motor or stoppage.

(2) Power supply phase loss.

Stepper motor does not operate normally or does not operate:

(1) If the voltage of the power grid fluctuates too much, the drive power warning light will be on; the drive power will be self-locking.

(2) The operating frequency is too high, causing the stepper motor to lose synchronization.

5, the power supply voltage is too low, there will be the following failures:

(1) Self-locking of the power supply of the packaging machine.

(2) Checkweighing weight is unstable.

(3) If the voltage is too low, calibration scale will appear chaotically.

(4) May cause the stepper motor to lose step, drive power alarm.
