Automatic transformer comprehensive tester tips

Automatic transformer comprehensive tester tips
The purpose of this manual is to make the user familiar with, safe, correct and effective operation of the transformer tester.
Following these instructions will help prevent hazards, reduce repair costs, and instrument failure due to improper operation. In addition, it ensures the reliable operation and life cycle of the tester.
The use of the HT1107B automatic transformer tester must comply with all the safety requirements of the existing standards for the prevention of accidents and environmental protection.
Reading the tester manual does not relieve you from having to comply with all relevant national and international safety regulations.
The user manual must be available at the time the tester is used. All users who use and work with the tester must read it.
In addition to complying with the user's manual and some national and local safety procedures for preventing accidents, it is also necessary to pay attention to the accepted technical procedures for safe and proper work. Safety rules to protect your safety
Symbol notes
In this manual, different symbols are used to emphasize specific safety/operation modes. The symbols are as follows:
note
Indicates a special meaning statement or additional important information.
caveat
Mark special chapters related to safety.
Electrical danger
Emphasize behavior or guidance that is potentially dangerous to the body and life. Only qualified
Personnel operation, and need to be very careful and pay attention to safety procedures.
Safe operation
• If it is not in a laboratory environment, the tester must be reliably grounded before it can be used. The grounding point should be chosen as close as possible to the test object.
• When disconnecting the cable, always start with the device that delivers the power.
• Do not connect or disconnect test objects while the device has output. Because the externally stored energy can cause deadly high voltages.
• Always keep one terminal of the high voltage side of the transformer grounded during the test.
• Do not insert other objects into the air vents or input/output ports.
• Before putting the tester into operation, check the tester for visible damage.
• Do not operate the tester in rainy or humid climates.
• Do not operate the tester in the presence of explosive gases or vapors.
• Before putting the tester into operation, make sure that the vents, power switch, and power outlet are not blocked.
• High voltage may be generated inside the tester! Therefore, only qualified personnel are allowed to open the tester.
• Always connect the tester equipotentially to the protective ground in order to prevent parasitic currents or voltages.
• Make sure that the terminals of the test object connected to the tester do not have any potential. In the test, the tester is the only permitted power source for the test object.
• When measuring the transformer ratio, make sure the wiring is correct. Otherwise, a potentially life-threatening voltage may be generated inside the transformer, and the connected transformer or tester may be damaged!
• The wiring of the input/output sockets on the panel can only be used with a 4 mm2 safety "banana" plug and a plastic housing.
• Do not stand under or near the connectors. The clamp may fall and bruise.
• If the tester or any attachment or accessory does not seem to work properly, stop using it.
note:
1. For personal and equipment safety, please read the instructions carefully before use, and strictly follow the requirements.
2. Please ground the instrument reliably before testing.
3. The tester is an off-line transformer tester . When conducting various tests on the transformer, be sure to turn off the connection cable on each terminal of the transformer.
4. When the CT ratio polarity test is performed, the secondary winding that is not detected should be short-circuited.
5. When doing the PT volt-ampere characteristic test, the zero terminal of the primary winding is grounded.
6. Never touch all test terminals during the experiment.

Thickener Equipment

Thickener equipment is widely used in pulp and paper industry for washing and thickening of slurry. Apply for concentrating wood pulp, cotton pulp, reed pulp, rice and wheat straw, and also used for filtering other types of fiber suspension in other industry.

Features

1.This series of products have the advantages of cylinder mould rotated speed can be stepless changed according to the concentration of slurry and types of slurry.

2.Compact whole steel structure slurry tank, high capacity per unit area, good thickening effect,

3.Cylinder mould surface adopts plastic filter plate combined type, easy to replace and maintain, portable spray cleaning, filter can clean pulp thoroughly, low power consumption.
