New process for beneficiation of a lead oxide zinc ore
A lead-zinc ore mine in Shaanxi Province due to the high degree of oxidation, easy and difficult mud of the election, especially in difficult zinc oxide recovery. The test is based on the nature of the ore, using a combination of lead sulfide minerals and oxidized minerals for flotation recovery, and the zinc sulfide minerals and oxidized minerals are separately recovered. When the lead was selected, the combined collector sulphur sulphide + butylamine black drug was used. When zinc oxide was selected, the composite collector Zn528 was used. The lead grade and recovery rate were 53.67% and 82.92%, respectively, and Zn containing 5.23%. Lead concentrate, zinc grade and recovery rate of 51.08% and 40.75%, zinc sulfide concentrate containing 1.06% lead and zinc grade and recovery rate of 22.55%, 44.28%, lead containing 1.22% lead oxide concentrate , effective sorting of lead-zinc ore is achieved.
