Equipped with a "micro-fabricated circuit" developed by the company, no special insulating jig is required for processing.

The FA-PS series is equipped with the newly developed "Ultrafine Digital-FS", which reduces the surface roughness (Ry) from the original 1.5μm to 0.4μm. In the processing of plates with a thickness of 100 mm, trueness of less than 3 μm and roughness levels of less than 1.5 μm can be achieved.
