JCB Launches New Agricultural Telescopic Forklift Truck at Hanover Farm Show

At the Agritechnica 2017 Hannover Agricultural Machinery Exhibition held in Germany on November 12-18, 2017, JCB launched a new loadall 560-80 Agri Pro with a load capacity of 6 tons. This new product is equipped with a DualTechVT gearbox developed by JCB, which combines the advantages of both power shifting and hydrostatic drive, and is particularly suitable for loading and unloading large quantities of materials.

JCB's uniquely designed DualTechVT gearbox was awarded the "Equipment of the Year Award" at the 2017 French Agricultural Machinery Show. Its performance is also verified by agricultural practices, giving the driver new controls, driving convenience and higher productivity.

DualTech VT technology combines the low-speed controllability and driveability of hydrostatic transmissions with the high efficiency of power shifting at high speeds. Provides fast and precise response at low speeds and efficient power drive at high speeds. This feature makes the Loadall 560-80 particularly suitable for places that require higher productivity for stacking, reprocessing, and handling equipment, such as large farms and commercial large warehouses.

The 560-80 has a maximum load of up to 6 tons and is equipped with a 5 cubic meter grain bucket.

The configured heavy-duty HD masts and Z Bar linkages are able to convert hydraulic power into greater rise.

The excellent unloading angle is particularly suitable for fast loading and unloading, and the 8m lifting height is particularly suitable for high-side tankers or bulk carriers.

JCB Smart's hydraulic regeneration technology enables the boom to drop more quickly, making it particularly suitable for a large number of repetitive loading and unloading operations, providing fast operating efficiency.

The configured 108kW JCB EcoMAX engine, without any DPF post-processing device, 140 liters/minute hydraulic flow, can provide enough powerful hydraulic performance, plus a powerful DualTechVT gearbox, which can be easily adapted to any operating conditions.

Full hydrostatic drive provides fine stepless speed control up to 19 km/h. If it is more than 19 kilometers per hour, it will automatically switch to the power shift gearbox. The driving and towing speed can reach 40 kilometers/hour.

The flexible mode allows the engine and the driving speed to be set independently; for the loading and reprocessing operations, the constant speed enables the hydraulic system to always maintain high performance and good fuel economy, allowing the driver to focus on steering and boom operation.

The foot throttle can provide fast acceleration and fine speed control. The driver can also set the driving speed by turning the knob to complete the continuous silage and grain dumping. When collecting packaged materials in a limited area, the driver can also set the power shift speed.

In the comparative test, AGRIPro products can achieve 25% higher efficiency of loading operations than similar products, and the traction operation efficiency is 16% higher than similar products.

In the 50,000-hour customer evaluation test, JCBlivelink's fuel consumption rating was only 7.1 liters/hour, which is the industry's low fuel consumption level.

Q: How do I know the O2 sensor is good or not?
A: The only way to know if the O2 sensor is functioning normally is to check its responsiveness to changes in the air/fuel mixture, by Voltage Measurement or Waveform Simulation.
Use a 10-megaohm digital voltmeter. Hook up the voltmeter's red probe to the sensor's signal wire and the black probe to engine ground. (Use back probe method, DO NOT pierce the wire.) For a good sensor, voltage should fluctuate constantly between 0.1 and 0.9 volts after starting the engine for 2 or 3 minutes.
