Energy-saving and environment-friendly super flow disc continuous drying device passed acceptance

On December 23, Shijiazhuang Gongda Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. undertook the key project of the Technology Innovation Fund for Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Science and Technology - the energy-saving and environment-friendly super-large flow disc continuous drying device passed the acceptance by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The new results have been transformed on the basis of traditional disc continuous dryers, which can increase the throughput of a single device, reduce the equipment footprint, reduce energy consumption, and meet environmental protection requirements.

Compared with traditional equipment, the new device's manufacturing components such as drying trays, tamper leaves, and feeders can adapt to the requirements of high-volume materials transportation, heat transfer, and mass transfer, and increase dust removal devices and continuous mass production in response to environmental protection requirements. The adaptive control system is a large-scale drying equipment that is used for large batches of continuous processing such as minerals, inorganic salts, and polymers. Up to now, the equipment has been transformed into the nickel series renovation project of Jilin Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yuntianhua Polyformaldehyde Technology Reform Project, CNOOC Inner Mongolia Tianye Chemical POM Project, and Jiangtong-Yifu Chemical Company sulfur concentrate drying project.
