Abstract: Based on the analysis of the stability of the steam turbine of 300MW subcritical turbine during operation, the valve flow characteristics test of two kinds of single-valve control and sequence valve control are proposed in the whole process of valve flow optimization, which are respectively the optimization of the flow characteristic curve of the turbine- Test, tune the door to optimize the test, the power unit changes from 25MW to 7.5MW, to meet the basic needs of the operation, with a high promotional value.

Turbine use sequential valve operation, but the design will affect its sensitivity and stability. The poor curve of the unit will lead to its performance is affected, showing that there are many influencing factors of the steam turbine. In the process of design and management, all the necessary optimization schemes need to be taken to solve the problems of large swing amplitude and poor performance of primary FM. At present, the 300MW subcritical unit is a relatively common type of steam turbine, and the industry is more concerned with the optimization analysis of the whole process. Some units have valve management failure, high temperature and high wattage, with the two measuring points of the same watt, there is a big temperature difference. The unit has a difficult load to be controlled near the total valve position command. There is a big difference in the overlap degree of the valve opening and thus the economy of operation The overall flow characteristics of the unit as a whole difference between the larger AGC caused the ability to reduce regulation. All of these problems will affect the normal operation of the steam turbine and reduce the overall economic benefits of the power plant. Therefore, how to improve the working efficiency of a 300 MW subcritical unit is very important for reducing the cost of the power plant and increasing the output value.

5 Summary 300MW unit steam turbine is one of the important equipment in power plant, its flow optimization is the key to ensure its normal operation. There are many influencing factors during the operation of steam turbines, which is not conducive to the improvement of the overall efficiency of the steam turbine. Therefore, the influencing factors on the flow rate of steam turbine valves are analyzed and the specific optimization methods are proposed to effectively improve the working efficiency of the steam turbine. After the conclusion, it is found that the delay of the unit is the main reason causing the excessive flow.
