On-line automatic detection of the function of oil analyzer

I. INTRODUCTION The good quality of lubricating oil is a necessary condition for the normal operation of machinery. The quality of lubricating oil should be tested randomly to detect abnormalities in a timely manner and change the oil at a reasonable and timely time. The oil analyzer can accurately judge the quality of lubricants used in the production site, realize timely measurement and oil change, ensure normal operation of various types of machinery and equipment, and prolong service life.

Third, the working principle The measured flow of oil is detected through an optical sensor (1), the sensor includes an infrared semiconductor LED (2) and a diode receiver (3). The contaminant particles generated by the friction of the components in the oil, which are immersed in the oil, attenuate the light in a pulsed manner. The system then sorts and counts the size of the particles by a PLC module (4) based on the measurement signal.

The measurement of oil purity is related to the flow rate. The flowmeter collects the signal to the PLC module (4). The module continues to measure the number of particles. The measurement signal from the optical sensor and the flowmeter (5) is based on the NAS or ISO standard at every 100ml. The basic provisions of the reference amount of purity are calculated. Instant measurement of measurement results is stored in the PLC module with real-time clock and memory function.

The ball valve of the analyzer is used for the switch selection of the inlet and the inlet of the pump. The pump is only used for the sampling measurement from the sampling bottle when there is no pressure. The flow setting valve (800mlmin) and the accumulator can be connected to the 1-35Mpa on-line pressure range at the pressure inlet.

Under normal circumstances, the FCU2210 series online automatic detection of the oil analyzer can display the following information on the LCD panel:

Mode selection method, current flow rate, current ISO (NAS) level, ISO (NAS) flow rate classification trend, error information, etc.
