From Weichai's office in Indonesia to the India office, Wang Xiujun walked through most countries in Southeast Asia to repair and maintain faulty machines and train customers with common maintenance knowledge. Wang Xiujun has seen "old folks" with excellent performance in harsh environments and also found "new members" who have performed well in new fields. In five years, Wang Xiujun can almost remember every visit. Although the process is difficult, it is always full of warmth.

Since arriving in the Indonesian office in 2010, Wang Xiujun has received a thorny task. A cargo ship on Kalimantan lost power in the middle of the sea. Before the village was out of the shop, the shipowner fired an eyebrow. Wang Xiujun took a small fishing boat from the port to the incident site. On the endless sea, one or two gulls fly occasionally. At other times, only the sound of the waves can be heard. After entering the cabin, the captain led Wang Xiujun directly to the host room and threw a bag of bread to Wang Xiujun. The captain then solemnly told him: "If you can't fix it, don't go!"
“Scared!†Recalling the scene at the time, Wang Xiujun was scared for a while. After some inspections, it was discovered that Wang Xiujun found that diesel infiltration into the water tank caused the engine to strike. After intense maintenance, the ship reopened its journey. A serious customer began to smile. Although Wang Xiujin did not understand the words of the customer at the time, they were all equipped with Weichai engines in the future.
Two years later, Wang Xiujun came to the India office from the Indonesian office. Most Indians are devout Christians and respect animals. In India, cows are very sacred. In the streets, cows can be seen walking around and being driven. India's train is a must, with an average speed of 50 kilometers per hour. When it comes to the station, it does not stop. Passengers need to get on and off the station and quickly jump to and from the sky when the train slows down. Wang Xiujun jokingly said: "In India, what I worry about is not how to serve our customers, but how we can successfully reach our customers."
Last summer, a customer from Narendra District called for help. Nalanda is located in Bargagon, Bihar, India. It is said that Sharif was born and died of Sakyamuni’s greatest disciple. Just received the news, Wang Xiujun also stunned: "The usual place to go is not the wilderness is the vast sea, the tourist destination is the first time." Who knows, the customer's final address is 300 kilometers away from Nalanda. Without an airplane, I dare not take the train. Wang Xiujun had to drive 26 hours to the scene.
After arriving, Wang Xiujun found that the original problem was only bad ECU contact. After plugging it back in, everything returned to normal. In less than half an hour, the fault was lifted and the customer was happy. However, watching the sky slowly faded, Wang Xiujun was a bit depressed. In addition to the mountains, there is an endless sugarcane forest. There is no place to live. Wang Xiujun can only embark on the return journey in the dark night.
After returning, Wang Xiujun started to write engine maintenance manuals for the Indian market. "The Indian market is relatively backward. Customers have little knowledge of the electronic control system. Our engine is no better, and if it is not properly handled, it will not exert its own efficiency."
The harder the place, the more able to reflect the performance of the Weichai engine. Therefore, in the past five years, Wang Xiujun has experienced numerous difficulties. However, despite this, after finishing a service, Wang Xiujun always quietly looks forward to the next arrival. Because he hopes that all Weichai engines can display their unusual "skills" in a hostile environment and become friends who will fight side by side with the new owner.
Every service and every training was also viewed by Wang Xiujun as an old friend's visit. From Indonesia to India, it is not so much that Wang Xiujun is serving customers. Rather, he is helping every Weichai engine to run at its best. These engines are like their own children, and they always want to be better than others.
