The equipment will be installed on the 500 kV Longbao Line (Lianjiang-Bao'an Line) to limit the short-circuit current and resist the danger of “knuckle” at the peak load of 500 kV grids in the southeastern Guangdong area. Earlier this year, the installation of this equipment was settled in Dongguan and included in the “525” key project this year.

It is necessary to intervene early to control project progress and quality control,” said the person in charge of quality control at the Dongguan Bureau Logistics Service Center. "In contrast to the previous practice of commissioning successful bidders to carry out equipment supervision, we are now mainly responsible for quality control experts within the organization system to witness the whole process and supervise the construction of factories, thereby improving the supervision effectiveness and the initiative."
