According to the cooperation agreement, CNOOC Refining and Chemical Company will invest 1 million tons of crude oil, refined oil storage tanks and logistics park projects in the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, and plan to build a 30 square kilometer CNOOC Industrial Park in the Lingang Industrial Zone of Dongying Port. , To build crude oil and refined oil storage bases, integrated refining and chemical bases, fine chemical bases, and professional services and offshore engineering bases in Bohai Oilfield.
