The acceptance panel heard the acceptance report, reviewed related documents, and watched product demonstrations and live application demonstrations. The acceptance expert team highly praised the research group and agreed that the project passed technical acceptance.
The project of the "Process-oriented intelligent multi-state wireless monitoring technology and system development" project belongs to the "Process Industry Intelligent Technology R&D and Demonstration Application", which was established in 2014 with an implementation cycle of 3 years. Shenyang Automation Institute, as the lead program of the theme project, undertook the research work on the topic of “Process-oriented intelligent multi-state wireless monitoring technology and system development”.
In view of the difficulties in fine-grained monitoring and overall optimization of complex production systems, weak energy control and frequent major production problems, the research group established a common architecture of multi-state wireless monitoring networks, and proposed MAC awareness and OPC UA-based hybrid measurement and control. Key technologies such as network data fusion and unified configuration management of large-scale on-site equipment; research and proposal for multi-link collaborative optimization methods for complex production processes for petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy and electric power applications; research and development of multi-state wireless monitoring network technology Monitoring and control devices and collaborative optimization systems. Through the implementation of the project, the research team solved the technical bottlenecks of coexistence, interoperability, and data fusion of multi-state network monitoring and control networks.
Relevant research results have been demonstrated in Shengli Oilfield, Jilin Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Anshan Iron and Steel, Tianfeng Steel, Anqing Petrochemical, Qilu Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Fushun Petrochemical, and Yantai Fuping Power Supply Company, aiming at wide-area decentralized production processes and The equipment realizes fine-grained monitoring, provides a large number of previously unavailable production data and equipment status data for production decisions, reduces production costs, reduces production accident rates, and improves the fine management level of enterprises through multi-link production process collaborative optimization system applications. Has achieved a good application effect.
