LED Household Heat Sink FEATURES:

We use Cold chamber die-casting machine to cast the LED Heat Sink. Its integrated structure and thin fin could maximize the thermal dissipation area. Both Aluminum and Zinc are acceptable.

However, the height of Heat Sink in this process and the shape are limited.
● To get very thin/ dense/ high fins to gain max area to dissipate heat in a limited area.
● Reduced thermal resistance - no more additional material is required
