New Multi-functional 1m Laser Ratio Meter Development Technology Project Passed Acceptance

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On December 3, the acceptance of the “New Multi-functional 1m Laser Longer Meter” project acceptance meeting was held in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The acceptance team was headed by Academician Ye Shenghua of Tianjin University and Ma Jiongqun, a researcher at the Beijing Great Wall Metrology and Measurement Technology Research Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation, served as the deputy leader. The members included Professor Mao Zhenhua of the Zhejiang Institute of Metrology and Shandong Research Institute of Metrology Science. Zhao Dongsheng, professor of the Anhui Institute of Metrology, Jinmei Feng, senior engineer at the Institute of Metrology, Jilin Province, and Dou Yanhong, professor at the Jilin Provincial Institute of Metrology.

The acceptance team listened to the project's study summary report and test report, reviewed the technical documents submitted by the project team, conducted on-site examinations, reviewed the certification materials, and conducted inquiries. After full discussion, the acceptance team believes that the inspection team has submitted complete acceptance materials that meet the acceptance requirements. The project team has developed a multi-functional new type of laser interference ratio meter device, a set of automatic measurement software for line scales, and a set of automatic dynamic calibration software for displacement sensors. The verification and calibration of high-profile lines and the dynamic measurement of laser interferometers and displacement sensors are realized. Uncertainty of measurement of line scale, dynamic measurement uncertainty of displacement sensor, repeatability of laser interferometer dynamic comparison measurement and other technical indicators are all better than the contract indicators; high-precision air-float marble rails have been developed; design has completed a long work A reflective and transmissive photoelectric aiming microscope with a distance of up to 28.5mm; a synchronous trigger circuit with a synchronous triggering interval of 10nm is designed and based on the principle of edge triggering, the triggering error is less than 1nm; on the basis of the comparator, the displacement sensor is integrated Laser interferometer and other dynamic measurement technologies have established a scalable, multi-functional, integrated, integrated high-speed and high-precision synchronous measurement platform;
The project has completed the assessment indicators specified in the project book, and the project results are of good scientific and practical nature. The acceptance expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed acceptance.
Song Shuying, deputy director of the China Institute of Metrology, Sun Rushan, director of Changzhou Quality Supervision Bureau, and Ji Weiqiang, deputy director of the Changzhou Quality Supervision Bureau, attended the acceptance meeting.
