It is reported that at present, the market share of ground source heat pumps is less than 7%. Local governments, through financial subsidy and other means, award incentives and subsidies for companies using ground source pumps and project funds, which have become the biggest driving force for ground source heat pump products to reach the market. Geothermal pumps have been promoted as energy-saving technologies in provinces and cities such as Beijing, Hebei, and Shandong, and ground-source heat pumps have become known and gradually recognized.
