1. When you buy the equipment home, you should place it in a well-grounded room with a ventilated place. Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive substances around the equipment.

2. Before using the vacuum drying test chamber, find the relevant personnel to debug the equipment first. After the debugging is completed, you can start using it, and then turn on the power of the vacuum box. At this time, the power indicator lights up to control the power meter. The PV screen will display the temperature measured in the working room. The SV screen will display the temperature set at the factory.

3. If you change the set temperature, you should press and hold the function key PV panel of the temperature controller to display the SP character. You can use the button to change the set temperature. Press the SET button again to make the PV screen display the studio temperature, and the SV screen will display the new set temperature. When the meter AT and HEAT lights are on, it indicates that the meter has entered the warming state again.

4. When the indoor temperature of the vacuum drying test chamber is close to the set temperature, the HEAT lamp will be bright and dim, indicating that the heating enters the stage of PID adjustment. The meter sometimes measures the temperature and exceeds the set temperature, sometimes lower than the setting. This is a normal phenomenon. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, it takes one or two hours for the studio to enter the constant temperature state before the item can enter the drying stage.

5. If the required temperature is low, you can use the secondary setting mode. If the required working temperature is 80 °C, the first time you can set 70 °C first, and then the temperature overshoot starts to fall back and then the second time. Set 80 ° C, which can reduce the overshoot of the temperature and let the product enter a constant temperature as soon as possible.

6. When the product is dry, turn off the power. If you need to accelerate the temperature drop, open the air release valve to make the vacuum level 0. Wait for about 5 minutes and then open the door.

7. If the humidity of the dry matter in the working room is relatively large, the generated water vapor will directly affect the performance of the vacuum pump. Therefore, it is recommended to insert a filter between the drying box and the vacuum pump. If an inert gas such as nitrogen is required during the drying of the article, it should be stated in the contract that an intake valve needs to be added.
