China's automobile springs have already replaced imported strength

Recently, learned from the China Iron and Steel Group Metal Products Research Institute that the quality and quality of automobile springs in China already have the ability to replace imported products. It is estimated that within two years, the assembly lines of domestic brands will be squeezed. Vehicle springs are mainly used for automotive shock absorbers and engine valves. Their special functions and applications have high requirements for the inherent quality of springs. At present, the overall technical performance index of our country's vehicle springs is inseparable from the foreign vehicle springs. Even some technical indicators have obviously surpassed foreign products and have already had the ability to replace imported products. According to Zhuang Jian, deputy dean of China Iron and Steel Group Metal Products Research Institute, China's existing domestic mini-cars have all used domestic-made vehicle springs. With the exception of individual brands, the domestic automobile manufacturers have not adopted domestic-made vehicle springs because of the influence of working procedures and habits on domestic and high-end foreign brand cars. However, with the expansion of China's auto production and the intensification of market competition, the selection of domestically-made vehicle springs has become inevitable.
