[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the list of key projects for the national key R&D program in 2016, and the “13th Five-Year Plan†national key R&D program “Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials†for Chongqing Materials Research Institute. The "Key Technology for High-Performance Alloy Conductive Materials and Micro-Materials Processing" project was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The project was led by the Shanghai Cable Research Institute and approved the national allocation of 21.37 million yuan. The project implementation period is 4 years.
The project set up three topics: "silver-copper alloy," "gold and silver bonding wire," and "precision resistance alloy." Among them, the Chongqing Materials Research Institute is responsible for the second topic of “High-Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for High-Performance Gold and Silver Bonded Wire and Micro-Materials Processing†and participates in the research tasks of two other topics. The Chongqing State Materials Research Institute has signed a national grant totaling 7.71 million yuan.
The project will focus on the design of new generation high-performance conductive alloy material, the influence of strengthening mechanisms on the electrical properties of the material, high purity alloy smelting, short process preparation and on-line heat treatment technologies, micro-scale material structure and mechanical and physical properties of the silk foil material. The industry's key technologies, such as the impact and the preparation of ultra-long continuous microfilament foils, were studied. Develop conductive alloy series products with independent intellectual property rights, establish corresponding industrialization demonstration bases, and significantly improve the localization guarantee capability of China's high-performance conductive alloy materials.
The approval of the project has positively promoted the Chongqing Materials Research Institute in the application of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan†project planning, the expansion of emerging industries, and the development of the instrument electronic materials industry.
