Abstract: At present, due to the presence of high-pressure or corrosive liquids in the field, valves used in oilfields are inflexible because of the presence of high-pressure or corrosive liquids, or require large torques due to stress. The improper use of tools can lead to safety accidents. At present, the widely used valve switch tool is the F-type wrench. The contact area between the F-wrench and the valve is small. If the stress is large, the F-type wrench is prone to slippage and there is a potential safety hazard. The use of F-type wrenches also has the problem of high labor intensity and low work efficiency. To solve this potential safety problem and improve work efficiency, we have developed a new type of non-slip valve switch wrench.

The tool has features such as simple design, low manufacturing cost, easy operation and reusability, but there are also some problems, especially oilfield development. In the middle and late period, the use of various chemical reagents, the pressure of the valve switch is relatively large, the majority of female workers and even some thin and thin male workers switch valve is difficult, especially in the case of stress in the F-type wrench is also prone to appear Slippage phenomenon, easy to occur in the high-pressure valve switching process safety incidents. The purpose of this project is to develop a tool that replaces the currently used F-type wrench, eliminates potential safety hazards in the valve switching process, and solves the technical problems that currently used tools are prone to slippage.
1 Solution Assume that when a traditional F-type wrench is applied to the valve, only one force point acts on the valve wristband. The current valve bracelets are mostly cast iron castings. In the cold season, due to uneven force, the valve wristbands are easily damaged. In order to solve this problem, the two grippers before and after the design of the tool can act on the valve bracelet in both directions, so that the force of the wristband during the valve switching process is more even. For some high-pressure valves and the corrosion and rust of the valve is not easy to switch phenomenon, the tool design telescopic handle, the usual handle is in a shortened state, easy to store and carry; when the valve is opened, the handle can be pulled up, increase the arm , Increase the torque, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the burden on employees.
A non-slip valve switch tool was designed for the above assumptions. The following components of the tool were rented:

3 Effect test The beneficial effect of this tool is that the force point and the contact area between the front and rear claws of the wrench are tightened on the hand wheel of the valve to increase the force point and the contact area between the hand wheel of the valve and effectively prevent the tool from slipping off and the resistance is large. It is possible to pull the handle extension rod to increase the arm, thereby improving the safety of operation, reducing the labor intensity, and improving the working efficiency.
From the point of view of on-site operation, it takes about 2 minutes to use a traditional F-type wrench to open and close the valve. For a high-pressure valve, an adult male worker weighing about 70 kilograms takes about 5 minutes, and the average female worker can't successfully complete the use of an F-type wrench. The valve's switching operation; using this design tool, the time required to open and close the valve is approximately the same as the time required to use the F-type wrench. For high-pressure valves, the tool designed by this article is operated by ordinary female workers. The on-off valve takes only an average of 3 minutes. Can complete the operation.
This design tool has the same effect as the F-type wrench in the operation of the ordinary valve, obviously due to the traditional F-type wrench on the switching operation of the high-pressure valve. From both theoretical research and field operations, this tool has the significance of promotion.
