ASEAN Auto Manufacturers Participate in Expo Brand Automotive Exhibition for the First Time


The 5th Expo brand automobile exhibition for the purpose of promoting automobile culture and displaying Chinese auto brands was held on the 25th at the Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center. The participation of automakers from ASEAN countries will be a major highlight of this auto show. According to preliminary statistics, more than 50 exhibitors, 9 well-known foreign car brands, more than 40 domestic auto brands and nearly 300 cars participated in the Auto Expo. The exhibition will end on the 29th. The annual Expo Brand Motor Show is jointly organized by the Yunnan World Expo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the Yunnan Provincial People's Government Press Office. According to Zhao Yunzhong, deputy general manager of Yunnan World Expo Group Co., Ltd., although the orientation of the exhibition was displayed in the brand, it did not pay attention to and advocated on-site transactions, but the number of on-site bookings for each auto show was quite large: the first session was nearly 60 million yuan. The second term reached 140 million yuan, the third is nearly 50 million yuan, and the fourth is more than 60 million yuan. Zhao Yunzhong predicted that due to the heating up of the automobile consumer market, the on-site booking this year may be higher than in the previous sessions.
