Thermostatic water bath operation steps
1. Constant temperature water bath should be placed on a fixed platform, first confirm that the drain valve is closed, then the water into the water bath pot body (in order to shorten the warming time, you can inject hot water).
2. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. The indicator light is on. Set temperature: Press the SET key to set and view the temperature set point. Press the SET key, the digital tube character starts flashing, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state, press the â–³ key to increase the setting value, press the â–½ key to decrease the setting value, press the â–³ key or the â–½ key for a long time, the data will change quickly, and press again The SET key instrument returns to normal operation. The instrument starts heating, and the heating indicator light goes off. The instrument enters a constant temperature state.
3. After the water bath is kept at a constant temperature, the container containing the items to be heated is placed in a water bath and the temperature is maintained.
4. In order to ensure the effect of constant temperature during constant temperature, please cover the water bath pot cover, and choose the suitable size of the water bath pot to cover the outer wall of the beaker. The constant temperature items in the constant temperature container should be lower than the constant temperature water surface of the water bath pot.
5. After use, remove the thermostat, turn off the power, and eliminate the water in the cabinet. And make a good record of instrument use.
Constant temperature water bath maintenance:
(1) The constant-temperature water bath should be placed on a fixed platform. The power supply voltage of the instrument should be 220V. The power socket should use three-hole mounting sockets and the ground wire must be installed.
(2) Before the water is added, cut the power supply, and during use, the water level must be higher than the internal heating pipe partition of the instrument. Do not heat water or the water level is lower than the baffle plate, otherwise it will damage the heating pipe.
(3) If it is used for a long time, the constant temperature error is large and the smart meter can be self-tuned.
(4) Water should not be poured into the control box during water injection to prevent electric shock. After use, the water in the box should be drained in time, wiped clean, and kept clean to facilitate the prolonged service life.
(5) Purchasing water can be used by qualified users to avoid scale formation.
