Sprinklers operating procedures
I. Preparation before operation
1. The automobile part is inspected and prepared according to the automobile operation regulations.
2. Understand the construction site conditions and technical requirements, water intake locations and water sources.
3. Check for loose connections, breaks in the suction hose, air leaks, and blockages.
4. The water absorption point should be chosen in a solid, flat place for the safe parking of the sprinkler. The water absorption height must not exceed the allowable range for the sprinkler suction. Close the water outlet when absorbing water.
5. When the watering pump is pumping and the water pump is not dry, inject proper amount of fresh water into the pump from the water inlet.
Second, the job requirements for driving
1. When speaking about the operation, first step on the clutch and hang the gear box on the power take-off box. Slowly increase the throttle so that the engine reaches the specified speed. Then pump the water. Do not bang the throttle.
2. When the power take-off box is used to operate the gear, the gear must be engaged within the range specified by the air pressure request so that all the gears mesh.
3. The spraying operation should control the amount of water and the speed of the vehicle as required. The vehicle must maintain a constant speed and must not violate the spraying requirements.
4. According to the spraying requirements, carry out the front spray, side spray or special spray, and open and close the responding valve.
5. Do not drive at high speed when driving on top, downhill, and corners, and avoid emergency braking.
6. At the end of the work, remove the suction hose, close the inlet/outlet or inlet valve of the reversing valve, and then take off the power take-off to make the engine idle.
Third, the post-job requirements
1. After the sprinkler is finished, if it is not used in a short period of time, the water in the tank should be drained to unload and prevent rust.
2. When the temperature is lower than 0 oC, the water in the water tank, piping system and water pump should be drained after daily operation to avoid freezing the body. Park the sprinkler in a safe place without obstructing traffic. If it is not used for a long time, use wood or other rigid objects to hold the top.
