(1) Standard selection of materials. First, the procurement personnel use the design drawings and purchase instructions to compile the procurement forms, establish archives for the contracted suppliers, conduct on-the-spot investigations, and check the word-of-mouth to achieve dynamic management. Second, sign procurement contracts, unify inspection methods, and set up special personnel to strictly control the quality. The third is to strictly set up materials and parts for storage and acceptance, and to be responsible for the signature of the special person; the fourth is to standardize the storage environment to meet the requirements, strictly issue parts and materials, and issue double control for review.

(2) Strictly prevent deformation. First, we must establish a strict blanking size checking mechanism, and regularly train and evaluate the technical level of the blanking personnel; second, strict technical standards; third, housing assembly positioning, must use positioning fixtures, thin and large diameter The casing, the barrel section must be increased in support to prevent deformation, thereby limiting the misalignment of the butt joint of the casing. The horizontal casing can only be assembled on a specific idler, and the straightness must be measured by the theodolite.

(3) Standard welding. The treatment of wrong sides and angular deformation. Pressure vessel manufacturing standards are strictly enforced in pressure vessel welding operations to control defects within acceptable limits. Treatment of stomata and slag inclusions. The operator must reasonably select the welding current and the welding speed. During the operation, the edge of the groove must be cleaned, and the welding material must be strictly stored and baked as required. In submerged arc welding, proper welding process parameters and proper groove size selection are particularly important. Each step must carefully clean the edge of the groove and select the appropriate current and welding speed.

Incomplete and unfused treatment. It is necessary to pay attention to selecting a reasonable groove size, correctly grasping the welding current and welding speed, the movement of the movement should be appropriate, and the groove must be kept clean. Crack treatment. First, the low-hydrogen welding consumables should be used. The base metal should be made of refined steel with less impurities, and strictly follow the welding material baking procedure; the second is the welding joint form with the minimum shrinkage stress in the thickness direction; the third is strict welding. Obey the welding technical requirements; Fourth, it is necessary to slow the crack after hydrogen induced cracking to effectively reduce the crack generation.
