Liaocheng Provincial Highway built 103 high-definition monitoring

Liaocheng Public Security Department has built 103 high-definition monitoring bayonet and 27 inter-vehicular speed-measuring systems in the provincial highways of the city. The monitoring coverage rate of the main nodes and important road sections of the highway network of the state highways has reached 100%. The traffic command and control center conducted an online inspection through the entire process of monitoring. The first-line police conducted road inspections through 19 multi-functional large-scale integrated law enforcement vehicles, 67 mobile speed measuring devices, and 148 police vehicles equipped with GPS satellite positioning systems. Liaocheng has established a new driver examination site with advanced technology in the province. Motor vehicle testing and driver testing have achieved full-scale, real-time video surveillance. All 30 driving schools have promoted and applied the computer timing training management system and actively promoted the use of key vehicles such as GPS. With dynamic monitoring technology, the installation rate of heavy-duty truck driving recorders has reached 100%. The city's passenger transport companies and dangerous chemicals transportation companies have all established dynamic monitoring platforms.

Bai Zhijian, deputy mayor of Liaocheng City, made scheduling arrangements three times and organized unannounced visits and inspections. The city’s public security authorities launched a multi-policy-and-transport-and-consolidation campaign to focus on the special actions to control road traffic safety violations of “four non-” motor vehicles. Since the operation, it investigated and prosecuted 1458 road safety violations of "Four Non-African" motor vehicles and seized 168 "four non-" motor vehicles.
