Delayed acetone anti-dumping case
On March 9, 2007, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement deciding to conduct anti-dumping investigations on imported acetone (hereinafter referred to as the investigated product) originating in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan. The surveyed product was attributed to the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China" tariff code.
In view of the fact that this case is rather special and complicated, the Ministry of Commerce decided to extend the investigation period of the case by 3 months according to the provisions of Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, that is, the deadline is June 9, 2008.
